01. Granting Consent

I, as a data subject, hereby — in accordance with art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", freely, by my own will and in my own interest — give consent to the Operator [OPERATOR] (OGRN [OGRN], INN [INN], address: [ADDRESS]) to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

03. Purposes of Processing

Registration and authentication on the Platform, provision of Service features, communication with the User regarding the services, and performance of the User Agreement.

04. List of Actions and Methods

Consent is granted for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out both with and without automation. Storage takes place on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

05. Validity and Withdrawal

Consent is effective from the moment it is granted until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written application to [EMAIL]. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the timeframes set by 152-FZ, except where processing must continue by law.

I confirm that consent is given voluntarily, that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, and that the data provided is accurate.

Consent to receive advertising and informational messages is provided separately and is not a mandatory condition for using the Platform.
