01. Terms and Definitions

Platform / Service

the Modeller software available at modeller.tech for automated ML model building.

Operator / Administration

The operator of the Modeller service, which provides access to the Platform.

User

a person using the Platform under this Agreement.

Account

the User's account created upon registration.

02. Subject of the Agreement. Acceptance

This Agreement governs the use of the Platform and constitutes a public offer. Acceptance (full and unconditional) is deemed to occur upon registration and ticking the corresponding consent checkbox.

By accepting, the User confirms that they have read and agree to this Agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

03. Registration and Account

Access to Platform features requires registration with an email address and a password. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and to keep their account credentials confidential.

The User is responsible for all actions performed using their Account.

04. User Rights and Obligations

Lawful use

use the Platform in accordance with the law and this Agreement.

Data warranties

the User warrants that they have lawful grounds and consents to process the uploaded data, including personal data of third parties.

Prohibitions

not to disrupt the Platform, gain unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property rights.

05. Administration Rights and Obligations

The Administration provides access to the Platform under the selected plan and takes measures to keep it operational.

The Administration may suspend or restrict access in case of breach, and perform maintenance. The Platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed.

06. User Data and Content

Rights to data uploaded by the User remain with the User. The User grants the Operator the right to process such data to the extent necessary to provide the services (building and validating models).

The User is solely responsible for the content and lawfulness of the uploaded data.

07. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its source code, design, trademarks and other elements are the intellectual property of the Operator or used by it on lawful grounds. The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform within the Service.

08. Plans and Payment

The cost and scope of services are defined by the selected plan published on the pricing page. Payment terms, validity period and refund procedure (if any) are specified on the relevant page. [To be specified upon launch of paid plans.]

09. Liability

The Platform provides automated data analysis tools and does not guarantee any specific result. The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the built models, nor for losses arising from use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by Russian law.

10. Term, Amendment and Termination

The Agreement is effective from acceptance until the Account is deleted. The Operator may amend the Agreement by publishing a new version on the Platform. The User may stop using and delete the Account at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in court at the Operator's location, subject to the mandatory pre-trial (claim) procedure.
